Course description: - The course will be structured around the theme of language learning, bilingualism, early bilingualism and English as a lingua franca or communication and the problems connected to such issues. The texts chosen for this module have the function of encouraging meta-linguistic reflection and critical reflection on the importance of learning a foreign language.
- The materials in the bibliography (all present on the platform) must be integrated with a grammar manual with answer keys, level B1 / B2. Bilingual and monolingual dictionaries are also recommended as reference texts. Useful links for online language exercises will also be indicated.

Type of evaluation

Exam: the exam consists of a reading / comprehension on the texts available online and cloze tests on the same texts, plus nn open question on a general issue discussed in the online lessons.
