The workshop is intended as an introductory support to the study of religions, given the increasingly significant role they have come to play in the modern world. Its primary objective is to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand religious phenomena in their fundamental expressions and to prepare them for more advanced specialized studies.
The course aims to provide students with interpretative frameworks, methodologies, and hermeneutical, cultural, and linguistic tools that are useful for understanding religion in its contemporary manifestations, its historical development from antiquity onward, and its diffusion throughout the world.
