Certificate in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration

The Department of Law of Roma Tre University and the Italian Association for Arbitration (AIA), in partnership with the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM) and UNIDROIT, are pleased to announce the twelfth edition of the Certificate in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration, which will take place from 10 to 15 November 2025.
The course will be held entirely in English and consists of five days of lectures and roundtables delivered by academics, in-house counsel, and leading practitioners, offering both a theoretical and practical perspective on international commercial and investment arbitration.
This twelfth edition will take place fully in person at the Department of Law (Via Ostiense, 159 – Council Hall, first floor).
The program also includes attendance at the Twelfth Annual International Arbitration Lecture, organized by Roma Tre University in cooperation with UNIDROIT. This year’s lecture will be delivered by Eduardo Silva Romero, founding partner of the law firm Wordstone and President of the ICC Institute for World Business Law.
Participants will also attend the Second Roma Tre – UNIDROIT Centre Annual Conference, featuring renowned arbitrators such as Diego Fernández Arroyo, James Hosking, and Alexis Mourre as speakers.
In addition, participants will have the opportunity to take part in various networking activities.
The registration fee varies according to the category: €950.00 for practitioners and €800.00 for students. Members of Media Partners (AA40, ELSA Italia, Young AfAA and Young ICCA) are entitled to a 20% discount on the applicable fee.
