XLVI Competition Law Scholars Forum Workshop "Digital Markets, AI, and the Future of Competition Law"

On 25 September 2026, Roma Tre Law School will host the XLVI workshop of the Competition Law Scholars Forum (CLaSF), "Digital Markets, AI, and the Future of Competition Law."
The workshop takes place at a particularly timely moment, as the rapid emergence of AI technologies, the enforcement of digital markets regulation, and the competitive dynamics in data-driven markets pose increasingly complex challenges for competition law and policy.
